House Clearance

We are quite happy to purchase single items or the complete contents of a house. House Clearances are carried out on the following basis;

We will visit the property with you and advise upon any items of value and what we would be prepared to pay for them, equally we will advise upon items which have no value and give you a verbal cost for their clearance. This is followed up by our written confirmation via letter or e-mail.

It's then down to you to decide whether you accept our quotation or not.
