Rolfey has lived in Bath for 45 years, and opened up his shop twenty years ago after being diagnosed with cancer.
Given that news, he decided to end his career as a civil servant and fulfil a life-time dream to run a shop where he could sit outside and watch the world go by. As he'd been dealing in his spare time, his aim was to fill the shop with antiques where no-one would be scared to turn over the label.
That ethos has seen the business blossom, and where others in the city have disappeared, Rolfey's remains.
Now firmly established, Rolfey is routinely approached by local professionals wanting house clearances carried out with compassion and discretion.
