We have been carrying out Probate valuations for 20 years and have built up an expertise as to what is required to satisfy this requirement, accompanied by yourself.

A valuation along with an accurate description is recorded for each item within the property which would have a resale value in excess of £100, thereby giving an accurate list of items, along with their individual and cumulative total. 3 copies are then sent to you via e-mail or a good old fashioned letter.

Our charges for carrying out Probate valuations start from £100 + VAT.
